I'm Jessica (she/her) and I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, providing services to a wide array of clientele, aging from 5 years to 65 years old. I have a dynamic and eclectic client centered approach incorporating skills and interventions from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Play Therapy.

I offer both virtual and in person services. My office is located in Crofton, MD.
