I'm Jessica (she/her) and I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, providing services to a wide array of clientele, aging from 5 years to 65 years old. I have a dynamic and eclectic client centered approach incorporating skills and interventions from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Play Therapy, among others.

I have experience counseling in high school settings and I have also worked as a case manager for foster youth preparing for emancipation. For three years, I worked as a 24/7 on call Resident Advisor for 20-30 college age individuals of varying neurodiversity. I have served as Clinical Manager for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program at an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in PG County.

When I'm not working, you can likely find me spending time with my rescue dogs - Riggs, Rocco, and Winter. I enjoy video games, improv comedy, and jamming to music on my way to the office.

I offer both virtual and in person services. My office is located in Crofton, MD.
